"At this stage, we’ve been asked to have the whole sheets almost completed in order to have a global view of how the final delivery will look like. The creative process it’s almost complete".

En esta etapa se nos pidio tener las laminas listas casi en su totalidad, para tener una vision global de como sera la entrega final del proyecto.

Entrega 22 de Noviembre Proyecto Final

" Getting even closer to the end of the workshop’s learning process we were informed that our final exam would consist in three sheets of the original idea plus three formal sheets, a plant, a cut and a perspective, in which they could understand the whole project concept.

The challenge was to fit all the materials and ideas in 45*45 cms sheets, so we needed to be very concise.

About the project, it was formalized to the point that the mobile panels became part of the façade, so the program wasn’t just this; it also becomes an aesthetic choice for the project’s development.  Mobile slabs were integrated also, to give some dynamism to the exhibition pavilion".

Ya acercandonos cada vez mas al final de este proceso de aprendizaje del taller, se nos informo que nuestro examen final de taller constaria de tres laminas del origen de la idea mas tres laminas formales; una planta, un corte y una perspectiva. En las cuales se deberia entender en su totalidad la formalizacion del proyecto.

El desafio es tal que cada lamina es del formato de 45*45 cms por lo cual deberemos ser concisos en el material que propongamos en cada una.

En cuanto al proyecto este se formalizo hasta el punto de que los paneles moviles son parte de la fachada, de esta manera el programa ya no es solo este, sino que tambien llega a ser una opcion estetica para el desarrollo proyectual. 

A su vez se integraron losas    moviles para darle dinamismo al pabellon de exposiciones.

Entrega 15 de Noviembre Proyecto Final

 

"After understanding the idea and its origin, we pass to the project’s formal stage where these crazy and unattached  to the master plan ideas must be completely integrated, formalizing our conceptual ideas through plants, cuts, elevations, diagrams and perspectives, and by this, getting closer to a doable project in our faculty.

Is in this moment when I realize the opportunity that my project gives, an opportunity to generate an exhibition pavilion that became the center of the faculty, and where the program and dynamism is given by mobile exhibition panels which slides from floor to floor generating  openings and closings in the pavilion’s glass façade". 

Luego del entendimiento de la idea y del origen de esta, pasamos a la etapa formal del proyecto, en donde estas ideas alocadas y sin total arraigo al master plan debian ser integradas en sus totalidad, formalizando nuestras ideas conceptuales por medio de plantas, cortes, elevaciones, esquemas y perspectivas, de esta manera acercandonos cada vez mas a un proyecto realizable en nuestra facultad.

En este momento es cuando me doy cuenta de la oportunidad que tiene mi proyecto, ese oportunidad de generar un pabellon expositivo que sea el centro de toda la facultad, en donde el programa y el dinamismo es otorgado por paneles de exposicion moviles los cuales se deslizan de piso a piso y generan aberturas y cerramientos en la fachada vidriada del pabellon.

Entrega 04 de Noviembre Proyecto Final

        

"After understanding the methodology of an idea’s growth, we were commissioned to generate three sheets that evince our project’s germ, where it should be perfectly clear, and without any explanatory texts, our idea and where it originated, integrating graphic support such as diagrams, sketches, target images, renders, references, etc. The “Where”, “What” and “How” questions should be totally answered".

Luego de compreder la metodologia del crecimiento de una idea, nos fue encargado generar tres laminas las cuales dejen en evidencia el germen de nuestro proyecto, en estas debera entenderse perfectamente y sin textos explicativos, la idea y de donde esta nacio, integrando apoyos graficos tales como esquemas, croquis, imagenes objetivo, renders, referentes, etc.

El "Donde", "Que" y "Como" deberan entenderse en su totalidad.

Entrega 28 de Octubre Proyecto Final

"The workshop’s individual topic started with understanding the methodology of a project creative process, for this, we were given a guideline with the basics points of an idea’s growing process and how to accomplish it.  Words like “Where”, “What”, and “How” were fundamental keys for this process. My idea begins with the recognition of a structure’s emerging to sustain the photovoltaic roof over the central boulevard, and how the same could give us the characteristics that represent the place’s spatiality".

El comienzo del tema individual en el taller partio por comprender la metodologia con la que consta el proceso creativo de un proyecto, para esto nos fue entregada una pauta con los puntos basicos del proceso del crecimiento de una idea y como esta llevarla a cabo.

Las palabras: "Donde", "Que" y "Como". formaron pieza fundamental de este proceso. El inicio de mi idea parte del reconocimiento de la aparicion de una estructura para poder sustentar el techo fotovoltaico sobre el bulevard central, y como esta misma podria darnos las caracteristicas que representaran la espacialidad del lugar.

Entrega Final Master Plan Sustentable FAU

               

"The new faculty’s Master Plan contest was conceived as an opportunity to integrate renewableenergies into the project and by this obtain an even more renewable faculty as time pass by. The integration of these renewable energies was possible thanks to the emergence of new roofs that worked as support for solar collectors and photovoltaic panels, that became later, the fifth faculty’s façade.

Also, the project integrated the emergence of new exhibition areas, achieving what we seek in an architecture faculty; show itself abroad".

El concurso del nuevo masterplan para la facultad, fue concebido como una oportunidad para integrar energias renovables dentro del proyecto para de esta manera obtener una facultad mas sustentable con el avanze del tiempo. Estas energias sustentables fue posible que fueran integradas gracias al aparecimiento de nuevos tejados los cuales funcionaron como el soporte para colectores solares y paneles fotovoltaicos, siendo estos ultimos la nueva quinta fachada de la facultad.

A su vez el proyecto, integraba el aparecimiento de nuevas zonas expositivas, logrando lo que se busca en una facultad de arquitectura, mostrarse al exterior.
